"I had an excellent stay in the hotel, with pleasant staff, modern and tasteful design, and a great location in the city center. Excellent staff, excellent service, comfortable room equipped with everything you need. Hygiene on the highest level. Highly recommend it to anyone."

"The room was filthy. We are a family and travel frequently and I would never recommend a family stay here. The room was filthy and covered with spiders. We even killed a scorpion in our bed. Our children were scared all the time because of the spiders everywhere. The bathrooms were covered in water and we had to wear shoes to go to the bathroom. The smell from the bathroom was very poor and strong. I am sure this hotel was nice at one point, but it is in need of serious cleaning and attention."

"One has to judge things through the lense of Macedonia where in general hotels can be a bit eccentric. but this one is more eccentric than most. Positives are superb location right next to the old town, and huge rooms with great views and the awesome roof bar/terrace. Downsides are fading 80s style and no way this can be described as a 5 star service. Having said that most of the staff were friendly (mention to the good staff at the bar). Nice breakfast. Probably the worst thing was over soft...

"Close to Airport "

"I was born in former Yugoslavia and this hotel looks like a concrete monolith from the 1970s That being said I love to swim and the Olympic pool was a great bonus. I swam 2 km and loved hotel breakfast buffet with baklava and fresh vegetables. "

"What a gem of a hotel . Staff are very friendly and helpful. a Lovely alley of bars and restaurants just around the corner and close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast selection"
