「Unser Aufenthalt im Casa Cook Samos war insgesamt schön, dennoch gibt es aus unserer Sicht einige Punkte mit Verbesserungspotenzial. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das leckere Frühstück mit frischem Obst, frisch zubereitetem Omelette und vielen weiteren Köstlichkeiten sowie der schöne Strandabschnitt. 「Awesome experience! Staff was the best!!! Great pool experience. I had my private access to the pool from the room- amazing! Clean, luxurious! The only down thing was not being able to use 20% dinner as I forgot to mention it at dinner and it was too late next day/or the staff did not know how to apply it. Michael was amazing host at dinner! Also the spa and massage was really special! Great experience overall! Close to the port too, it was 8 euro and 5 min ride. Recommended!」

「Lived proximity to beach and its location. Did not like the fact that we had to climb 70steps to access it and we’re not informed about it. My friend had knee surgery last year and had a hard time with the stairs」

「Inner architecture is not good, rooms are good and clean, staff are really nice and helpful. I bought sea view room but it was not that much sea view it was more like concrete view, Beach and pool side are quite nice Breakfast was very good」

「This would be THE Aegean’s best resort if it only had a beach. The “beach” is not Swimmable. Rough, large rocks everywhere. Miserable. Salt water pool is not a substitute and it’s overcrowded, even in late August. There was a mixup between ordering at the “snack bar” vs at “restaurant”. Both share one open kitchen. Pretty idiotic ordering policy. I did not spend a single dime at the restaurant & snack bar after that. Staff were remarkably friendly, smiling, well trained and responsive. ...

「Otele gece 12:20 gibi geldik .Resepsiyondaki görevli uyukluyordu .Check in esnasında bize çok sorun çıkardı 2 oda almamıza rağmen tek oda göründüğünü söyledi önündeki rezervasyon evraklarına bile doğru düzgün bakmadı.Uzun uğraşlar sonucunda odamıza girdik (istesem almayabilirim gibi ifadeler kullandı).Saç kurutma makinası bozuktu .Odada ne bardak ne de su vardı . Kahvaltısı çok vasattı . Ne yapın ne edin erken rezervasyon yaptırın lakin biz yer bulamadığımız için kaldık. Asla bir daha...

「We had a lovely time at this hotel with the kids. The kids pool is perfect to let adults rest on the side but keep a close eye on them. Rooms are basic but clean. The lift needs an upgrade as it is like entering a prison and the wardrobes of Narnia at the same time! Great coffee's from the pool car.」
