「The room was cleaned very last minute and it was missing some items, did not feel like a completely ready room. Also the upkeep is subpar comparing with other Taj experience. 」

「Breakfast, staf, clean room, hospitality amazing hotel if I come back next trip in Kolkata I will stay this hotel absolutely amazing」

「Very nicely built and the rooms were spacious + comfortable. Service was also very good, no complain. 」

「Disappointed with the room experience, especially for a Taj property. The shower enclosure is extremely congested—I could barely turn or stretch my arms to soap myself—and the shower area also appeared dirty and poorly maintained. When I raised this with reception, I was told it was because I had booked the “base room.” However, my booking clearly shows a Premium Room (344 sq. ft.), and nowhere were such unusually small shower dimensions mentioned. 「Awesome experience!」

「I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier in Kolkata for nearly two weeks and had an excellent experience. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, and always made me feel well looked after. The facilities were excellent, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Kolkata.」

「Pool looked clean. Did not enter」

「Everything was fine.」

「Staffs are very helpful and behavior was also good.」

「I was very happy with my stay and think this is an excellent choice for people only needing one night if they are flying in/out of Kolkata due yo its proximity to the airport. My only criticism was the confusion regarding a late night pickup that I organised as this caused undue stress and a very long delay. The manager was very apologetic, but I recommend they improve the airport transfer system.」

「Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel.」

「It's good place to stay .」
