There is a self-check-in process that works great, and if the code isn't provided before you arrive, it's easy to call the phone number in the reservation and they will quickly send you the code. All in all, a pleasant stay!」

「全てにおいて完璧でこれまで利用したスリーベットルームでは広さ、快適さ全てにおいて感動しました。ロフトに続くバルコニーやそれぞれの部屋から出る事ができるテラス完璧でした。また、台所、ダイニングも清潔で食器類も整っていて良かったです。ただ、一つ欠点を挙げるならばシャワーの水の出が悪いことでした。また、サンセバスチャンを訪問する事があればファミリーでこのアパートメントホテルを利用したいです。」
