"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

"The Beau Rivage was a very local hotel. The staff spoke very little English, which is something to be aware of if you don't speak French. The staff were very friendly, but didn't know much about getting around; how to arrange a visit to La Citadelle or the buses to the Dominican Republic. I went to another hotel to arrange this. "STAY AWAY- I plan on travel to Haiti, I booked to stay there for a whole week. I landed in port au prince-Due to political issue, I never made it to the hotel. I called customer service to get a refund . They refused to issue a refund. SO, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
