「The loud noise of the heater when operating is very annoying. It’s a walking distance to MNSU. 」

「Property was easy to get to. Interior of common areas and room were clean, bright, and well lit. Staff were friendly too. Appreciate that the rooms do not have carpet making the room brighter and clean. Small booth seating and table were great in room. Beds were comfortable and pillows.」

「I learned that Expedia automatically puts in date ranges for stays. You cannot assume that those stay dates are what you want. You have to put them in yourself and if you dont, you will be booking the wrong days. This happened with me when booking this hotel. I arrived ready to check in thinking I had a reservation for that day. I did not. The Expedia automatic date booked it for the next day. I said to the hotel manager, "Well, just simply adjust the stay to today and it will be fine." ...

「I had to go to the office to request bedding for the sofa sleeper, as there was nothing in the room.」

「There was a mouse in the hotel restaurant, the room was so hot and humid that we had to keep the room at 60 degrees and that didn’t help, rotten hard boiled eggs at breakfast, curdled oat milk at breakfast. Was offered a partial reimbursement but because I booked with Expedia I didn’t qualify. Was offered Choice Hotel points for a one night stay that I never got!」
