I understand it was a cheaper hotel room, but having stains on the couch, chair, pillow, shower curtain seems a bit unacceptable. I feel like with a hotel, cleanliness should be one of the top priorities.

2 rooms were booked together. They couldn't find the 2nd room and the dialect was very hard to understand. I did the booking but used my husband's name ( same last name) and it took 30 minutes to get them to match up the last name on the reservation. Advised them of the broken toilet seat and it never got fixed. The quests in the other room had dirt in the bathtub. Our room had a partially full water glass. The other questions spilled some coffee coming out of the breakfast area and was told " if you have a problem have her get it for you" In the stairway area on the 1st floor there was an open suitcase that was there when we arrived and still there when we left. Clothes was strewn on The floor and a mattress was leaning against the wall. Microtel never again.

A nice, quiet, comfortable room where we could relax and clean up before the next leg of our trip. It is easy to get to with gas stations and resteraunts nearby, and an affordable stay. This was our second stay here, and we would definitely come again!
