「The room smelled of smoke. The floors, moulding & heater was not very clean. The toilet leaked from the base and the tub would not drain, when showering! 」

「The included breakfast was delicious. I suggest you try the breakfast sandwich, it comes with coffee/tea and hashbrowns. The room and bathroom were very spacious and modern. Tv was a little small and seemed far away but that’s because the room was large. Staff were very polite and helpful. They made check in and out very entertaining and enjoyable. There is also ample parking it was our first time staying but will not be our last.」

「Great property right by the end of the harbour. Walking distance to George Street and Jack Astors. Typical weather for our Saturday and no chef for our Saturday morning breakfast so we got 20% off for saturday night stay because no hot items for breakfast at the buffet. Pool was nice and warm. Nice clean facility with walk in shower and big bathroom. 」

「Hotel needs to be updated, No heat in the bathroom so it was cold when you went in there, They only have double beds, they are comfortable but would be nice if they were a bit bigger. Pool area needs a big upgrade, really echoe when there is a lot of people there, and not much room when it’s full. We had to pay for breakfast because we booked through a 3rd party but it was worth the money. This is my family’s 2nd time staying there」

「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」
