「Such a beautiful location. Stayed in room 168 in the overwater bungalows and it was fantastic! Beautiful water, turtles outside our room everyday. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were able to snorkel and kayak. Had options for waterboarding, jet skiing and water bikes too. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Rest of the food was ok, nothing crazy given the price. Staff were lovely but did seen short staff and overwhelmed at peak times which was a shame to see. Had...

「住宿體驗很好 飯店服務人員態度極為親切。但是在飯店的餐廳點了米飯不熟的壽司。跟餐廳反應時 只得到“主廚是都是這樣煮的，沒有問題”。 很遺憾 得不到適當的處理」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Kou-Bugny. Île des Pins is simply magnificent — peaceful, beautiful and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Kou-Bugny has two beautiful white-sand beaches, both incredibly peaceful and surrounded by stunning scenery. The location is truly special. The restaurant was another highlight. They serve beautiful local and French dishes, with a great selection of fresh seafood and meat. Everything we tried was delicious. The staff were very friendly and...

「If you are looking for a great location in the best area, at competitive prices, this is it. The hotel itself is a little tired and worn but the fantastic size of the suites and warmth of staff make up for it. The housekeeping team where amazing 🙏」

「Bonjour, Je conseille cette hotel par la gentillesse du personnels et la disponibilité et la propreté. Cordialement」

「It was perfect」

「We stayed at the room of ocean view and that was so nice. We can go to the beach directly from the room. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious. We want to come back soon!!」

「Great location on Bai do Citron, class to Anse Vata. The apartment was huge. While not dirty, there were a few blemishes the wife had to clean, but no deal breaker.」

「酒店很美，离天然泳池也很近。蚊子挺多，早餐也很一般，品种不多，这样档次的度假酒店应该有更好的早餐。总体来说，食物水平不高。除了这些，其它都很完美。」

「good location for the ferry and a clean hotel. A nice concept with the artwork. small but comfortable room.」

「Beautiful oceanfront bungalows, good restaurant (daughter loved kids spaghetti, fish and beef dinners very good, pizza mediocre), great pool and swings, easy access to Tieti Diving next door」

「Everything I needed for a one night stay. Great shower & comfortable bed. Plus kitchenette with the essentials As a side although there is a washing machine & drier they is an extra charge to use it.」

「1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.」

「Great location and friendly staff. We enjoyed being able to grab a quick early breakfast a5t a reasonable cost. Comfortable bed and incredibly clean. Highly recommend!」
