「We stayed at the Courtyard due to a recent family passing and had to be in the area at the last minute. Because we were coming from 3h away, I had to confirm to the staff (Melinda? and later Dianne) to see if they allow a late evening check in. They were very accommodating, especially with my persistent calls as we were leaving late in the night.
