「Overall, I had a good experience during my stay at Malate Bayview Hotel. The living room and bedroom areas were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. A special mention to Mel, who was very responsive and helpful throughout – great customer service! However, the bathroom could use some improvement.
