「Stay 3 nights at Bunk Hotel , Location is very convenient, staffs are kind , friendly and helpful. I must say that my room 35 where is on the second floor was quiet even there are restaurant and bar on the o floor. But during the stay. I was satisfied with the environment , chill vibes ! 」

Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass auch Geschirrspültabs im Zimmer verfügbar waren, so dass wir auch das Geschirr unaufwendig für uns nutzen konnten. Die Zimmereinrichtung war modern und stilvoll. Der Online-Check-In funktionierte nicht aufgrund der noch zu entirchtenden City Tax. Das freundliche Personal hat uns daher umso mehr geholfen.」

「Located on top of the Hoog Catharijne mall, which is right next to Utrecht Central station. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Hotel is surprisingly quite quiet given the population around the area.」

「冷氣幾乎都不涼 天氣熱的時候 住宿品質較不舒適 若不開窗房間會有點悶 開窗後 有蜜蜂飛入 有點嚇人 但若不是在炎熱天氣入住應該會是舒適的 衛浴及床具都算舒爽」

「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」

「On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5」
