「Very nice hotel in Hoorn, clean, good bed and have air-con」

「The restaurant was nice. The room was very small for two people. No television set. Breakfast was nice but expensive for what you got.」

U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Very special hotel. I can visit again if travel to this town」

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」

「Nice Place. Clean and nice personel.」

Dus daar even flink aandacht aan besteden!」
