「 The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW!
We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!」

「There was occasionally an unpleasant odor when opening the dishwasher in the kitchen, and the ventilation could be improved.
At times, there was no hot water available during showers for one day. We lived for 5 days.
However, the staff were very friendly, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room every day.

「Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30.
Not much restaurant nearby the hotel.」

「Air conditioning not working, room was full of cobwebs and stank of mold! Mattress was thin and extremely uncomfortable! Noisy wasn't the word for this hotel didn't sleep all weekend, staff rude and very unhelpful no electricity on arrival had to use touch on my phone to see where we were going! Would have asked for a full refund if anyone was working on reception! Breakfast is a complete waste of time save your money 」
