「I requested an Airport Pick Up however, the travel company they work with is rubbish. The driver came 40 minutes late. Secondly, he came with pick up truck to pick up from airport as an insult.」

This was my third time staying here, and it was the first time I've ever had a problem. My only suggestion for the hotel is to respond more promptly to urgent issues like this, rather than waiting until the following day to resolve them.」
