「This hotel does not exist at the address provided. When I arrived at the address advertised on Expedia, it was not the Apartment I booked. It was a horrible experience」

They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation」
