「The check in was easy with the front desk staff when we checked in around 7 am as I had paid for the previous night. It was very close to the airport. The property is new and they are still setting up a few things. We got the room with blue couch and it was clean. Breakfast was really good and different everyday. We were denied our original booking at the last moment, with the property telling us that it had been “double booked.” This was absolutely unacceptable, especially after we had already made our plans and were relying on the confirmed reservation. 「Staff was great. Location was great. Price was good. Bathroom was a bit more of a squeeze than I expected, but otherwise nicely appointed and fine. Best hot shower I ever had in India! I guess the part i didn't understand before i got there was what the 'serviced apartment' concept meant. It meant in my case that there was a suite of three hotel rooms opening into a common lunchroom area with a counter, fridge and large table.
