「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

If your vegan or vegetarian, be a bit cautious as the lanelling of food is incorrect (some state vegan but contain milk and eggs!), also some guests just use whatever serving spoon is closest which can result in cross contamination The entertainment team were brilliant and the evening shows were very entertaining. 」

「Our stay at the Prestige was simply amazing and bery much needed. From the friendly efficient check-in by front of house to all the back room staff and recreational staff, all of which made for a memorable holiday and Birthday. The room was very spacious with a blend of modern design and set in a classic style with a contemporary feel. 「L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant et ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Malgré plusieurs demandes formulées auprès du service clientèle, rien n’a réellement été pris en compte. Seul point positif : les femmes de ménage, qui ont été adorables et professionnelles. En revanche, le reste du personnel s’est montré peu aimable, peu attentif et parfois désagréable.
