「Facility in the room could be upgraded」

「King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat. Bathroom was great space too, and full-size mirror (a lot of hotels don't have this). Great location esp with Woollies and a lot of dining options literally footsteps away. 「The queen sized BED WAS COMFY AND IN GOOD ORDER. THE SHOWER WAS A PROBLEM. A LITLE UNSAFE FOR A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY AS THERE WAS QUJITE A LARGE STEP IN AND STEP OUT. TOO MANY RULES ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE SHEET OF PAPER GIVEN AT CHECK-IN WAS OFF-PUTTING AND DID NOTHING TO MAKE ME WANT TO STAY HERE AGAIN. 「The owner who greeted us upon arrival was friendly, helpful and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. The supplied continental breakfast was more than adequate and more than we could eat. However, it appeared that the room that we were in, was not really laid out for eating a meal in. 「I was shocked with how clean the room was such a lovely surprise 😊 The bed was very comphy we loved the outdoor area attached ot our room it was so lovely to sit and look at the water. The room was spacious. Shower was excellent pressure and nice and hot and a nice spacious bathroom.
