This place is wonderful! Frank was friendly and hospitable. The room was spacious, charming and well-appointed. Breakfast in the morning was far above average. The cheese plate was especially good.

Very nice old house with a cozy interior and beautiful salon / balcony. The hostess was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Very clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast and delicious dinner

This is a wonderful place too stay with one drawback - there’s no restaurant which means driving to Gaillac too find somewhere to eat. Alternatively, the room has a mini-kitchen and there are ready-to-heat meals available - beautifully presented in glass jars…and the chateau’s own wines are excellent

Nice and kind staff. Air conditioning was not enough for those hot days.

Beautiful setting, despite being in the middle of town.

After some of the negative comments I had read, I was honestly a little worried, but I had NO complaints. The hotel is beautiful, the air conditioning is frigid (it was 105 degrees F outside), the room, positively sumptuous. The dinner was great. The breakfast was simple but perfect. The parking lot is around the corner, but safe. And it’s centrally located.

We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. They were very quick to respond to any questions through Whatsapp. We didn't find street parking, but there is a free public parking lot at 11 Rue de la Madeleine. The location is...

GREAT location next to a cool park

The staff was super nice and friendly. The front desk people speak English and they accommodated us well according to our needs. They provided information about a free electric bus. The breakfast was good and the pool very refreshing. Thank you!

We had the best time in Albi! Hotel es Pasteliers made our time in Albi even better. The Hotel is in walking distance to the city centre. The Hotel is charming and the people are so warm it made our stay very memorable. They gave us wonderful dinner suggestions. I would stay here again! Breakfast was delicious!

Great location Nice breakfast Very nice bathroom

Beautiful and peaceful location. Good food at restaurant and plenty to see across the river at the Chateau. Highly recommend.

Everything was sublime. Emilie was the consummate host. The accommodations were clean, lovely, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much for your kind and exceptional hospitality Emilie!
