「Dal secondo giorno non vi era più acqua calda. Alla mia richiesta di ripristino della situazione ingestibile nell'impossibilità di potersi lavare, mi è stato risposto che non si poteva fare nulla. Ho tentato di svaldare dell'acqua nel bollitore ed è saltata la luce. L'operatrice non sapeva dove fosse l'interruttore del salva vita e mi propone un cambio stanza. Infine riuscita a lavare i capelli con acqua scaldata non finzionava l'asciugacapelli. Disastro. 」

「 Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal bemüht sich nicht genug. Das Zimmer ist sehr alt ausgerichtet und das Hotel ist ein sehr alte Gebäude. ( sieht überhaupt nicht gut und auch nicht wie im Internet. 」

We were made to feel incredibly welcome and the colleagues at the hotel were so friendly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely stay here again! 」
