「The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!」

「The room was atrocious. It looked like a large animal mangled the bed headboard and bathroom walls/door. Scratch marks and awful smells filled the entire room. We asked the clerk for a different room and he said they were aware of the problems and no other rooms were available. This was the worst room I have ever stayed in during my lifetime.」

「Hotel has lament floors, and we were having a hard time adjusting the room temperature a little warme,, so our feet felt damp walking around.」

「Booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room (109) , air conditioning in the room did not work and it was close to 80°F and humid all night long. Room was not clean and there were bugs and cigarette butts, as well as ash all over the room. There were even cobwebs in the corners of the room Also there was little to no water pressure at the bathroom sink.」
