「Great location near the airport but you would need Uber to get anywhere from the property. Bring your our toiletries. Bathroom amenities are limited and may not be the best for ladies. Hot water does take time to come through. Very spacious accommodation that is great for group traveling. Host is super responsive! 」

「Excellent hotel, all staff are amazing, got upgraded to executive room with no extra charge with breakfast, made my day. Helpful tip - Palm Mall/Aura Skyview/Palm View is 10 mins walking distance, dont use Google maps, just ask the friendly staff and they will guide you through」

「Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough.」

「房間很有特色，半邊透明客廳，房間上方是透明，間間獨立不影響，但住最遠的走到餐廳比較遠（有球車可接送）。飯店提供的tour比較貴一些（全日只有6小時），可以自行玩完再請飯店接駁比較省，另外此飯店旁有另一種泡泡球，因共用餐廳，吃飯時人會比較多，check in也會比較久」

「Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes .
