Room was spacious, staff were very pleasant and warm. Great breakfast- there were Mediterranean options and also toast, jam, omelette made to order. Location was close to restaurants and cafes. We had a great stay at Hotel Capri.

Great hotel. There is a coffee shop directly connected to the hotel and the street has many cafes and stores nearby. Also close to the gold souks. Omar was a very kind receptionist and helped with our stay. Room service was always quick to answer and provide whatever we needed. Highly recommend— would come back again.

Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Staff Made All the Difference My recent stay at Capri Hotel Suites, Amman was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably appointed, with a great view and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing trip. What truly elevated the experience was the incredible staff. The receptionist, Omer, was outstanding — he was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help with every request, from arranging late check-out to recommending local spots. His warm attitude and efficiency made check-in and any questions during my stay completely stress-free. The security guard on duty was equally impressive — always polite, vigilant, and ready with a smile or directions when needed. It’s clear the team takes guest safety and comfort seriously, and it made me feel very secure throughout my visit. Overall, excellent service, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time I’m in the area. Thank you to Omer and the whole team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
