「Great stay! The room was spacious and nice, very clean. The free cribs offered are very helpful for those with young children. Would definitely choose this location again.」

「Refurbished and clean. Still a few odd things, no plug in tub. Staff had to be called to check in. Didn’t have snow shoveled near outdoor entrance but were responsive when I pointed it out. Could be more customer service oriented. Said I should go make sure the exterior door was unlocked for unloading close to room when they could just as easily walked down down and done it as they had no other customers. Staff was polite though. Ok for the price point. 」

「Room was clean, staff was very polite and a joy to talk to. I was gone most of the day. It was quiet in the evenings - plenty of parking and AC and heat wasn’t a problem. I would stay there again if I visit Norfolk, NE again in the Future…」

「Room was clean. Heater was so loud we didnt get any sleep. We were there to see my father in law in hospital. So it was hard with no sleep. We couldnt get shower to turn on. Couldnt find the pully. So no shower. Breakfast was cold & bacon under cooked. So we had to spend more money to get something else to eat. Wont stay here again. We are usually pleased with our stays. 」
