「Good」

「nice！」

「No mini bar nor coffee machine in the room was quite disappointing for a hotel at this level. And no hand-held shower head in one of the room we stayed was inconvenient.」

「All staffs are nice and helpful. The rooms are too small when the room rates not cheap comparatively. Amenities are too old and not up to date, like the hair dryer, I wonder why the cord is so short not even 12” in length, really the 1st time I saw the shortest cord during all my travels. The plugs for charger are too slow, I need few hours time to finish charging my phones.. not really happy with the facilities of the hotel. My only appreciation is the staffs of all staffs.」

「I paid my reservation in full prior. to my stay. They put a $200 hold on a credit card for incidentals of which the total of my incidentals were $346, but for some reason they authorized several charges, totaling over $1200, and they can’t tell me why! Extremely frustrated, I will never stay at a Fairmont hotel again.」
