Marriott Long Beach Downtown

Marriott Long Beach Downtown

10/10 Excellent
"After a frustrating experience with our original reservation at the Queen Mary, we booked the Marriott last minute around 8:30 p\.m\. We arrived exhausted, hungry, and completely defeated—and the Marriott staff immediately turned our night around\! From the moment we walked in, everyone went above and beyond, even though our frustration had absolutely nothing to do with them\. The manager personally came to our room, offered us a much nicer balcony room, and even helped carry our bags\! Every person we encountered—from the front desk to the coffee shop, bartenders, and servers—was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating\. What started as a terrible evening ended with an amazing stay\. **This is what exceptional customer service looks like\! We will absolutely be back next time we’re in Long Beach\!**"

"As my Family and I arrived Friday 8/21, I checked us in at 9:30am and our room was ready at 9:45am. That was a big blessing because we had just gotten off our cruise, and we was extremely tired. Our room was a handicap room, but we didn't mind because we was tired, the room was clean and we was on floor 7, with a view of the marina and Long Beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast here is always a hit, it's our second year staying here after our cruise. Mr Hughes"
