「The pictures online look better than in person. The hotel is pretty outdated. Floors and bath are old. Countertops too low. The hotel has no elevator. I had a balcony room, but the door wouldn’t open. And the complementary breakfast is nothing to brag about.」

「The bedding was either dirty or had stains, the floors were filthy. There was hair on the towels. For a motel it was decent, but not somewhere I’d choose to stay again. The staff was on their phone arguing with what sounded like an employee the whole time we were checking in. Zero amenities. The mini fridge and microwave were unplugged when we got in and the air was at 74° so it took all night to cool down. Not the worst place to stay, but could definitely use some improvement.」

「The staff was really wonderful and the rooms were OK. You can tell that they’re really old and should be renovating but other than that it was a pretty good place. Nobody bothers you.」

「The lobby area and hallways are rather warm. The curtains in the rooms do not close to make the room real dark to encourage a good nights sleep. The ice maker on the first floor is out of order. Those are the only things I would like to improve. Everything else was great, a great location/stay.」

「Everything about this place was adorable and comfortable. The only drawback was the spotty Wi-Fi. Even after troubleshooting with the hosts it was still touchy. But overall it was an excellent stay! 」

「I was kind of disappointed after staying here in the past. There was no hot water in the room. Air conditioning was not keeping the room good and cool but the rest of the hotel felt really comfortable. Yes it was hot so I didn’t let either of those bother me too much. The shower did have issues with the door so I would think that with this level of hotel it should have many of this addressed with maintenance. All in all the hotel is a great place and might have had that one room that wasn’t...
