「It is a very nice apartment hotel for family and couples. We have 4 people, and the room could change into 2 single room when you need. During the daytime, it is one room for everybody. Clean and everything for cooking in the kitchen. Location is not in the center of Paris, however, you could enjoy the clean, quiet and nice surroundings and 3 supermarkets, cake shops. Moreover, it is have a metro entrance nearby. So it is easy to go to the center and tourism spot. I will back to it if I back to...

「Personnel très accueillant, disponible et arrangeant, c'est un vrai plaisir. Je descends régulièrement dans cet appart 'hôtel, et j'apprécie beaucoup la piscine couverte et chauffée, le sauna et la salle de musculation. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Dans l'équipement des kitchenettes, il manque juste un ouvre-boîte !」

「it is nice environment with quite big room space and kitchen. a bit far away from the metro station. unfortunately, when we check in and get the key, we found that the room hasn't CLEAN UP!! the bedroom is in a mess! so, we complained to the staff. they fixed the problem when we returned at night. secondly, the room has no air conditioner. in summer, it's very hot, about 32-34C and difficult to sleep. generally, the appartment has good equipments like fridge, shower room.」
