When we arrived the room smell like smoke, there was hair in shower, kitchen was dirty and the blankets had stains. We asked them to take care of it and they were apologetic and did. Location was about 30min from central Paris and it was fine. Def not great but good enough

Nous avons passé un bon moment. Piscine top. Par contre le canapé lit était cassé ce qui rendait le rangement / installation un peu complexe. Il y avait une fuite d eau qui a été réparé le lendemain par contre notre sortie de douche a été utilisé pour aspiré l humidité sur la moquette et nous n en avons pas eu de nouveau. La soufflerie fait aussi beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons trouvé la solution la deuxiÚme nuit, il y a un interrupteur dans la chambre.

Un super séjour, la fille à l accueil , une femme ronde et blonde trÚs avenante et poli. Elle ns a appelée avant notre arrivée , m'a donnée une serviette et une télécommande de rechange car la nÎtre ne marchait pas. Elle est trÚs à l écoute, grace a sa proactivité et sa gentillesse nous venons trÚs souvent comme le dimanche 27 juillet.

Al llegar la recepción estaba sola, nos atendio una chica amable, pero al llegar a la habitación apestaba a tabaco, acababan de furmar allí, no estaba limpio y solo el olor.... parejas en el ascensor en bañador, mojados de la piscina ..NO VOLVEREMOS

HĂŽtel confortable et bien placĂ©, mais pendant notre sĂ©jour, pas d’eau chaude. Nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© informĂ© de la panne avant notre arrivĂ©e, la rĂ©ception nous a offert les petits dĂ©jeuners le dernier jour suite Ă  une rĂ©clamation de notre part, mais nous avons dĂ» nous doucher Ă  l’eau glacĂ©e et la piscine Ă©tait froide en raison de la panne d’eau chaude du quartier qui est en travaux. Nous vous conseillons d’attendre la fin des travaux du quartier pour ne pas Ă  avoir ce type de dĂ©sagrĂ©ment pendant votre sĂ©jour.

Too far away from all the attractions. Not at all appropriate for family! This apartment is placed on a remote location. Bus and tram is located more than a mile away! The air conditioner was not working and the electrician didn’t come to fix it during our entire stay! Not at all flexible for even an hour extension from our stay time! They mentioned that we have to pay for every hour! The receptionist were not helpful or friendly! They didn’t even assist us giving changes to pay for our Uber! Which was absolutely ridiculous
 Wouldn’t recommend!

Structure accueillante et bien équipée

Personnel trÚs accueillant, disponible et arrangeant, c'est un vrai plaisir. Je descends réguliÚrement dans cet appart 'hÎtel, et j'apprécie beaucoup la piscine couverte et chauffée, le sauna et la salle de musculation. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Dans l'équipement des kitchenettes, il manque juste un ouvre-boßte !

On a appelĂ© plusieurs fois l’établissement dĂšs la veille pour les informer que nous arrivions aprĂšs la fermeture de la rĂ©ception et donc recevoir les infos pour accĂ©der Ă  la chambre. Ils nous ont raccrochĂ© au nez plusieurs fois et Ă©vitĂ© de rĂ©pondre, il a fallu attendre 18h30 le jour d’arrivĂ©e pour avoir le mail. Ensuite la chambre une catastrophe, il y’a une Ă©norme ouverture sur le mur donnant sur l’extĂ©rieur de 30cm qui fait entrer de l’air frais comme une climatisation et bien Ă©videmment vous ne pouvez rien y faire pour bloquer ce froid qui entre. On s’est retrouvĂ© dans une chambre glaciale pas de chauffage vous avez beau mettre la tempĂ©rature dans le panneau de contrĂŽle rien ne se passe et si vous choisissez le mode ventilo c’est de l’air bien froid qui sort. Donc une expĂ©rience des plus dĂ©sagrĂ©able on a du rester complĂštement habillĂ© sous la couette pour tenir. Et comme pas de rĂ©ception ben personne pour vous aider.

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, ein Fenster und der Duschkopf waren defekt, der Staubsauger und die Dunstabzugshaube waren ebenso defekt, auf dem Schlafsofa konnte man kaum schlafen, der Esstisch wackelte - die gesamte Möblierung und die technische Ausstattung waren in unserem Appartement sehr schlechter QualitÀt.
