When we arrived the room smell like smoke, there was hair in shower, kitchen was dirty and the blankets had stains. We asked them to take care of it and they were apologetic and did. Location was about 30min from central Paris and it was fine. Def not great but good enough

Overall good experience. Hotel is nice and clean with great facilities like swimming pool and sauna. But there are some points which shall be considered by the hotel: 1. Hotel staff should not enter into hotel rooms without giving prior notice (Hotel staff was coming into rooms using their master key at any time without informing in advance to keep things in rooms like soaps, pillow cover, etc. This should be done on a predefined time frame or at least should be informed in advance. Coming into rooms using master key un-announced is not a good practice.) 2. Drinking water bottles or at-least a common water purifier should be available.

Yes but I asked the front desk for a change of sheets after 3 days of stay, but she declined and told me I have to stay in hotel for more than 7 days to get a change of bed sheets.

Nice clean place to stay close to Mall

Hotel was very nice and clean, parking garage was 12 Euros but worth it because it felt secure to have it in a locked space. Workout room with pool, would recommend

It's nice, but it's not a 4-star establishment. I have been many times and there is always something missing or not working in the room (usually there is a problem with the air conditioning or something in the bathroom). If you expect 3 stars, you will be happy. If you expect 4 stars, you will be disappointed.

Swimming pool was cold reception staff were rude not approachable. I know the french hate the brits but at least make some effort because the service you give is what the service you will get when any french in the uk.

Too far away from all the attractions. Not at all appropriate for family! This apartment is placed on a remote location. Bus and tram is located more than a mile away! The air conditioner was not working and the electrician didn’t come to fix it during our entire stay! Not at all flexible for even an hour extension from our stay time! They mentioned that we have to pay for every hour! The receptionist were not helpful or friendly! They didn’t even assist us giving changes to pay for our Uber! Which was absolutely ridiculous… Wouldn’t recommend!
