「It was perfect for what we were looking for. A relaxed , inclusive week by the beach with pools. One of the pool was heated. The staff was lovely and helpful. The hotel was tasteful. There was a gym, a spa, a ping pong table. Breakfast was great. There were plenty of options for dinner,but not a fantastic culinary experience. Having said that it was fine.」

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The views from the hotel are excellent and definitely one of its standout features. The food was consistently good, and the restaurant itself is very well maintained, making for a pleasant dining experience.

「Had an amazing 8 night stay recently. Food (both buffet and a la carte restaurants) were excellent. Every member of staff from welcome, management, bar, buffet, pool and cleaning were gracious, friendly and incredibly welcoming.
The WhatsApp ability to talk to the hotel without having to visit a reception was excellent - very fast replies too!
The only gap from here compared to the Adults Only Melia we stayed in Tenerife is the Reserve Pool was freezing - Tenerife had some heating which...
