「The staff have been excellent and easy to contact through what’s app. I was able to arrange airport pickup easily and very affordable. Even though our late night flight was late the driver waited for us and was easy to find, had a sign with our names right as we excited. Staff very friendly and helpful once in the hotel as well.」

「The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. 」
