"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. "温泉の湯質は妻にあって、すごくよかったです。翌日ぷりぷりつるつるでした。長岡の花火を見に行くのにちょっと距離はありますが全然問題ないかとおもいます。お料理は美味しかったです。母が80代で普段あんまりご飯食べれないのですが、口にあったらしく美味しい美味しいと言って食べてくれました。クラフトビールよかったですし、原酒もよかったです。 ベットのクッションが80歳の母にすごくあっていて、朝まで眠れたって喜んでいたので、検索してうちでも買うことにしました。"

"We decided to walk to the hotel from Niigata Station, not realizing it was about to rain. It was a downpour by the time we got to the lobby, but one of the staff saw us coming and met us with dry towels at the door! It was so thoughtful! And that was just the start of great service. We loved our stay and will definitely come again!"
