Don’t be freighted by all the intense instruction

I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. My stay was even better than I anticipated considering how in-human the process was. Clean, big, safe comfortable room. The walls are thin, so being quiet using headphones is most polite. Try not to use the washing machine too late. You’re about a fifteen minute hike from the Toyosaka train station which in turn is like a half hour train ride from Niigata. It’s a great room, space and amenities for the price. And there are good places to eat in town. Don’t be freighted by all the intense instruction. It’ll pay off! Would definitely return.

館内全体がとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。 部屋には2ドアの冷蔵庫、共用の洗濯機があり、物干し竿も用意されている為子連れの連泊にはとても助かりました。（予定外の洗濯物が出る為です笑） 他所の音が響きそうかもしれないと思っていましたが、夜に大きな音を立てる人もおらず静かに過ごせました。 口コミであった様なチェックインの分かりづらさは、事前のメールをしっかり読んでいれば気にならないかなと思います。 指定の下駄箱がごちゃごちゃで靴をしまうスペースがほとんどなかったのが少し困りました。 また機会があれば利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました。

大きな宿泊施設ですが、掃除も行き届いており快適に過ごせました。 利用日までに共有される説明書がとても丁寧で、スタッフの方と顔を合わせることなくスムーズにチェックインすることができました。ただ、説明書にもございましたが、そういった説明書に目を通すことを煩雑に思う方にとっては少々ややこしいチェックインにはなっています。そういった点を理解し、ホテルなどの接客を求めない方にとってはお値段的にもとてもありがたいステイになるかと思います。 この度はありがとうございました。
