「Excellent property and amazing staff. One my my best hotel stay experiences ever. Elizabeth Mookken, the relationship manager was prompt in reaching out to ensure my stay was comfortable. Sumesh from the front desk was super helpful during the check in process as I had to check in early and leave early. The rice boat restaurant was awesome and the staff Ahilan made great order recommendations. Truly a memorable experience and I plan to come back.」

「Checkin was good, we requested early checkin and they provided, appreciate that. Rooms were good and spacious, toilet can be more cleaner. Breakfast spread was good, taste also adequate. Coming to the lifts, only 3 lifts are there and some of them does not have all the buttons working, also at some point the card stopped working, not a single case, I heard many people complaining about lifts.. so frustrating, so much time was spend around lifts. Overall I feel this as a 4 star considering all...

「The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor.」

「Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. 」

「I have been to Kochi for business purpose and stayed at this Hotel for almost a month. I’m so impressed with this hotel and best thing I liked is the location, so convenient to go to any part of thie city from there. All staffs were friendly and helpful especially manger Mr Binoy. I’ll never forget the smiling face of Mr Raseel, Geoji and Anup who were at the front desk always willing to help you .The food was very good and appreciate the hospitality of the restaurant staff especially Mr Ravi....
