「Awful, don’t stay here. The room was not at all as advertised more like the worst university dorm room you could imagine. There was one tiny ‘double’ bed that had no springs left in it, cigarette burns in the duvet and burns/holes in the sheet covering whatever was under the bed. 「Very happy with every aspect of my stay. The reception staff were firstclass ,professional, welcoming, and efficient, got me into my preferred room with no hassle at all. Check-out was equally quick and convenient.The housekeeping staff also deserve recognition for keeping the hotel spotless.
