「we asked for our. money back because we booked for 2 adults and when we got to the room it just had a double bed! the picture on expedia showed two beds. Bottom line, false advertising or they gave us a room for. a single person because they did not. reserve a proper room for us. in future we want the actual room number reserved for us so we can call motel and confirm room number and identify fraud if that is going on」

「Check in for this place is across a very busy street. Staff was not friendly. In the room, even though the sheets were clean, the floor was so dirty we had to throw our socks in the garbage. I wiped a small spot on the floor with a wet wipe. The entire floor was the same. Unacceptable! The price we paid was ridiculously high for what we experienced. I would not recommend the Travelers Inn, Kenora Ontario.」

「Suite in a 4 suite, 100 year old building in the downtown. Convenient location with a view of the lake. Clean, quiet rooms. Room had all the amenities, coffee, tea etc. and the owner baked every night and served fresh home baking for breakfast. Definitely worth the money......」
