Lake of the Woods Tours

We stayed at Planet Hollywood for one night. Unfortunately, our first room had a strong mold/mildew smell, so we had to return to the front desk. The staff was friendly and helpful and quickly found us another room, but we did have to wait in line for about 25 minutes. The replacement room was much better, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. The only convenient option was the Starbucks in the lobby, where coffee was over $10. Overall, the location is great and the front desk staff handled the room issue well, but the initial room condition and lack of basic amenities like an in-room coffee maker kept this from being a better experience.
