The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! "Fold out sofa bed in a 4-5 person room was absolutely impossible to classify as a bed. Back ruined. Didn't seem to be noted when mentioned at checkout. If you see sofa bed, don't book here if you need it to sleep. Otherwise hotel is great and room was excellent. "

"The Quadroople room was big enough and clean .We were 4 adults travelling from England to Czech Republic and we needed a shower and good sleep. Although the hotel was near a motorway, it was quiet and convenient .We also had a breakfast in the morning with great service. However, finding the hotel was not easy as the address didn't match exactly and we had to ask twice. "Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."
