「Beautifully made five star Hotel in the heart of Kandy! The pool side was amazing. The buffet was had many delicious varieties of food and the spa was excellent.!! loved my stay over there. Must also add the staff was so very detailed oriented in enhancing their clients satisfaction」

「The room was clean but the design is a little off in the second bedroom bathroom. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet, so when you shower you inevitably wet the toilet paper… The staff were very accommodating - we had an early pick up to go to Ella, so they told us to go to restaurant 15 mins before their normal service hour to have breakfast. 「Nice peaceful location. 1 Bedroom apartment very roomy. Food was great. Staff service was excellent. The only downside was that the resort should alert travelers that the pool is not in operation and there is not a Hot Tub. 」

「It wasn’t good. We arrived late to nobody being around. We had to ask for facilities to cook and for the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work very well. The room wasn’t clean, with us finding hairs in the sheets the bathroom constantly smelling. I reckon once, it was brilliant but now it’s rubbish. Not even in a good location. 」
