「I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at Ulalena, had a memorable new year eve, it was the perfect way to start 2024. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Goshi san and his team were really nice and kind, we were very well taken care of (very warm and homey). I will definitely recommend my friends and family when they visit Shizuka! Highly recommend! 」

「The apartment is very close to the train station. Extremely convenient location. Unlike other users' comments, we found the environment is not noisy at all. Very comfy and spacious. The owner's communications with us is polite and thoughtful. Overall, extremely good experience. Highly recomended.」

「キッチンの床は綺麗になっていました。 一番残念だったのは、浴室のシャワーを使って、湯量が少ない上にお湯が程なく水に変わってしまい、お湯になるまでにまた時間が掛かる事です。 冬だったら、更に困ったと思います。 それから、各部屋の時計が殆んど止まっていました。 ブラインドは、羽の向きを変える金具が壊れている物が有りました。 」
