「A very lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant food was great. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.」

「I realise that ‘bog standard’ will never be a descriptor for a caravan, but superior is way too kind. Thankfully only 2 of us were staying in a 6 berth, because bedroom 3 is ludicrous. It seemed clean until I found someone else’s razor in the shower. The caravan’s are piled in very close to each other, meaning not only can you not park next to it, you can’t park anywhere near it and ours had a complete staircase to navigate due to the terracing. It was 30-degree heat outside, and not one window had been left open to help ventilate or keep the room cool. 「The hotel is in a great location, it’s clean enough although things like the stair carpet could be replaced as it’s threadbare, but overall clean. The room was one of the cheaper ones, but it’s definitely tiny and the bathroom is awful, no need for a sink that big in such a tiny bathroom. Other than that it’s average. Sadly, the one star is due to the managers attitude, it’s absolutely disgusting and massively passive aggressive. We were woken by staff late at night as the payment hadn’t gone...

「The cottage needed extra cleaning when we arrived, but staff were fantastic to try and help. Some of the furniture was tired for a cottage claiming to be a luxury accommodation. But the hot tub, pool, staff and colwell bay made the trip lovely.」
