The entire vibe of the place has changed, there were renovations going on, the staff were not as friendly, and we were put in a room over the main bar so we didn’t get any sleep until it closed which we were promised it would and it didn’t. In the spa we were always offered a drinks service before but not this time. I don’t know what changed but this isn’t the same place.」
