A parking space should be allocated to your room number - we found it extremely difficult to explore the island as the car park was always busy… We were also disappointed with the menu choices… The hotel is beautiful inside and outside and the staff were very helpful and friendly…

The staff were very helpful. The meal was let down by the hoped for cheesecake as a dessert, what came was the furthest from a slice of cheesecake as possible; a sickly ball half filled with tasteless froth and a few biscuit crumbs.

The Victoria is located ideally for travellers use as a base for Anglesey & North Wales. There is parking but sometimes busy and full. Waiting and room staff are very pleasant & polite. One staff member stood out exceptionally, think his name was Toby?The service and food there was very good, but the continental breakfast area and self serve hot drinks needs attention. However, one day a male manager gave a female staff member a very loud upsetting verbal discipline, which clients could hear. It was our 2nd stay at The Victoria Hotel and looking forward to staying there on our next visit to the area.

Excellent place to stay. Facilities just great, food was really well made and presented. Parking on site. Staff, perfect, made us and our 2 dogs so welcome, will be back!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel in June. The room and bathroom were bigger than we expected for a gastro type pub and nicely decorated and appointed. Dined in the restaurant one night which was good. Breakfast which we decided to take on our last morning was a little chaotic, no glasses for OJ, coffee/tea station a bit of a mess. Fortunately the manager decided not to charge us for it when we checked out. Ultimately a great stay and good.location from.which to explore Anglesey .

Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us. It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times. Good breakfast and all staff were friendly and in the main, helpful. Only received a “that’s not my job, see the bar staff” once on one of the evenings.
