"We enjoyed our stay here at The B Kobe. The staff is very kind, the room was nice and clean, with enough space for our luggages as well. There is no bath, but the bathroom is large good for my family in the morning brushing our teeth. Room has a nice little breakfast table and office as well. Overall enjoyed my stay and it was very close to the area my family wanted to explore."

"The property is nice and upscale, but they have a single physical key for the room, which makes it difficult if you're traveling with someone. A card key system is preferable. They should look into providing a power outlet at bedside as well."

"Best thing about the hotel is its location, right in heart of Chinatown and close to sights and shopping. Hotel itself offers nice amenities and was a comfortable stay. It’s not that close to JR station so took a taxi to get to/from hotel."

"This was an amazing hotel. The upstairs onsen was a huge bonus and they also have washing machines and dryers which is perfect for those doing a long travel trip. The hotel provided a lot of freebies and comfy Pjs too! The staff were so friendly and also allowed us to leave our luggage the next day whilst we explored the castle."
