"Staff were great, they will greet you as soon as you get off your car/taxi and bring your luggage to your room. They also surprised me with a birthday note and cake which was really appreciated. We booked the deluxe harbour view so the view was amazing day and night. Property/room was very clean, spaceous with nice amenities. A lot of dining and shopping options around. Close to the mtr. They have restaurants on site but we did not get to check them out. We will be back."

Upon checking in, I was informed by Mr. Ng that I had two reservations (I forgot to cancel one of the reservations). Upon sharing with him my situation, he went out of his way and called another 3rd party company to cancel the reservation saving me hundreds of $$$. I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much! With regards to the property itself, room was very comfortable, it was big, and is within a 2 minute walking distance to the subway, shopping, and dining all within a stone's throw away.
