All of the above! All great!

Ein wunderschönes Haus! So freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein Frühstück, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Super schönes Zimmer.

Very nice staff and very helpful. Breakfast was a delight.

This is one of the most beautiful European hotels that we have stayed in. The ambiance, history, and warmth of the hotel is magical. You feel like you're staying in a Queen's castle but our room was updated and comfortable. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was superb. I recommended this highly!!

relaxing and quiet

The staff was very helpful, despite the fact that my German language skills basically suck. Thank god this isn't the case with their English.

The staff was amazing and the restaurant that’s attached to the hotel is out of this world. I’m so happy I chose this place. By the way the train is 8 min away walking and can take you pretty much anywhere

The setting was very beautiful.

Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. take the s-bahn....

Staff was excellent from the check-in to the concierge.

Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

Helpful friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was fresh and plentiful. The location surrounded by green space is wonderful. Rooms and balconies a little on the small side.
