「We had an amazing time at Riff, nothing bad to say about the place. It was extremely comfortable with great service. A fab pool and direct access to the beach. The food was delicious in both the downstairs restaurant and the rooftop restaurant - especially the grilled seafood (lobster and prawns!) and the a la carte breakfast was fantastic. We loved having drinks on the rooftop at sunset every evening, with great views and live music. Felt very spoilt! 」

「入住時因滿房而擅自要更改我的預定，改去別家評價很低的飯店入住，無法接受。2小時後因有人取消入住才得以在原飯店入住，但隔天還要換房間。處理過程很差勁，第一晚的房間還降等且空調聲音很大，很難入睡。總之，打亂渡假的心情是最令人沮喪的。」

「The room smelled of humidity, the bed was full of sand when I arrived, and never got cleaned through all the stay. Wifi didn’t work anywhere in the hotel premises. Sri Lankan Dialog connection didn’t work in the room, it felt like a bunker. Staff pretty rude, except for one single guy. What I ate was average. You are forced to consume if you sit at the bar or use the beds on the beach, even though you are a hotel guest. Definitively not worth the money paid.」

「 This is typical old Hotel. The building is old and the technology (water, electricity ) is old, but all works. Situation in the city is excellent; near centrum, on the beach. Good bed to sleep and the sound of waves is soothing. Good beakfast and the limits from food allergy were well taken into account. And also very early mornig breakfast when needed was possible. We liked. 」

「We booked and paid via hotel.com BUT when we arrived the manager explained Expedia instructed him to charge us for the room. We spent 2 hours chatting with hotels.com whereby they promised to refund us, so we also paid cash (so double) while waiting for hotels.com to refund us. BUT we now received a email explaining they could NOT get in contact with hotel and will NOT REFUND us! 」
