Beware with booking hotel!!

We booked and paid via hotel.com BUT when we arrived the manager explained Expedia instructed him to charge us for the room. We spent 2 hours chatting with hotels.com whereby they promised to refund us, so we also paid cash (so double) while waiting for hotels.com to refund us. BUT we now received a email explaining they could NOT get in contact with hotel and will NOT REFUND us!

Das Lazy Koala ist ein wunderbares, kleines Hotel etwas weg vom Trubel. Die Restaurants-, Bar- und Einkaufsmeile ist aber schnell erreichbar. Ein Tuktuk empfiehlt sich aber. Im Hotel sind die Zimmer wunderbar, wir hatten eines mit Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Bad sehr gut. Die Verantwortlichen im Lazy Koala sind äusserst nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde unkompliziert ein Transport zum Flughafen organisiert. Wir können das Lazy Koala mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Лучший вид в Хиккадуве

Лучшее место, где мы останавливались в Хиккадуве. Отель чистый, новый, бассейн всегда убирают. Завтраки не разнообразные, но вкусные. Кормят - не жалеют) Из окна на втором этаже вид на океан и прекрасные закаты. Номера просторные с кондиционером и вентилятором на потолке над кроватью. Очень теплый прием, помогали во всех вопросах, добродушный персонал. Хотели уехать в другой отель, но лучше места не нашли, с удовольствием вернулись как домой)

お湯はしっかりと出ていたが、シャワー室の排水が全然機能していなくてすぐに周囲が水浸しになってしまう。冷蔵庫もあったらよかった。それ以外はとても良かった。

Heerlijk hostel

De Lazy Koala is een fantastisch hostel. De bedrijfsleider is enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het zwembad is fijn. De kamer was perfect. Er reed veel verkeer langs, maar daar waren we voor gewaarschuwd.

R&R Max Out at Lazy Koala

What a gem this place is - the warmth and smile of Anand and the hospitality and soul of Kirk and Nadira in person and presented in the photo pieces taken by Kirk on his travels. The view on the deck is beyond words. Wish I had stayed longer. Highly recommended. The double room is cosy nice and so so comfortable.

Clean, friendly & comfortable

Great hostel! So nice and clean, great service and really comfortable rooms. The rooftop is amazing and you can watch the sunset from there :)
