「We loved this hotel, for the all-inclusive package, it’s beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. However, we made two dinner reservations upon check-in, and neither restaurant had our names on their list. Even though we saw the reservations when we were checking in. Also, unfortunately, they were experiencing power issues, and our electricity went on and off more than 10 times throughout out stay, which is very inconvenient because when the power goes out the air-conditioning and the fan turned...

「Loved everything about the property.」

「I requested a double room sea view & when I arrived it looked nothing like the photos I was upset. I ended up requesting a new room & they gave me a better room. The guy at the front desk was very nice & helpful !」

「We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent...

「Lovely hotel and lovely touches put in place for my partners birthday. Would come back!」

「I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...

「We enjoyed the tranquility we experienced in this adult-only facility. The room was in clean and in great condition with a superb seaview that we could watch the sunrise. Staff was helpful and sincere. I already look forward to coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to couples :)」

「Enjoyed this being all inclusive even though it is only the buffet meals without alternative options. The buffet menu did change a little for the 5 meals we had. Weather was horrendous so unfortunately the stay was mostly indoors and inside the resort. Didn’t manage to use any of the outdoor pools or facilities. The hotel had a good gym for hotel standard which came in handy during poor weather. Staff was friendly and our buggy driver was a chatty funny guy. Free selection of beverages (non...
